1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kalvin D. Cline, LLC, d/b/a Full Ride University® ("Full Ride University," "FRU," "Company," "we," "us," "our").

By accessing our website, submitting any form, engaging with our services, providing personal or account information, purchasing any product, or otherwise interacting with our platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of all services.


2. Description of Services

Full Ride University provides educational content, digital programs, recruiting guidance, highlight tape editing services, coaching communication support, profile setup, outreach assistance, and related services for student-athletes and families.

Full Ride University is NOT:

A talent placement service

We do not guarantee scholarships, roster offers, recruiting outcomes, or coach engagement.


3. Eligibility; Parent/Guardian Requirement

Many athletes served are minors.

Only a parent or legal guardian may legally enroll a minor in services.

By submitting any form or payment, you represent and warrant that you are the legal parent or guardian or have lawful authority to act on behalf of the athlete.

Full Ride University complies with COPPA and does not knowingly contract directly with minors.


4. Credential Submission; Authorization for Account Access

Certain services may require submission of login credentials for third-party platforms including but not limited to Hudl, FieldLevel, NCSA, MaxPreps, social media accounts, email inboxes, or recruiting software ("Third-Party Platforms").

By submitting credentials, you:

Grant Full Ride University and its contractors authority to access, create, modify, upload, communicate, and manage accounts as reasonably necessary to deliver services.

Acknowledge this authorization is voluntary and may be revoked only in writing to [email protected].

Agree that Company is not responsible for account lockouts, suspensions, platform policy changes, lost access, or deleted accounts.

Credentials will be stored in commercially reasonable secure systems.


5. Highlight Tape Editing; Media Submission; Marketing Use

A. Representation of Rights

By submitting any video footage, photographs, audio, music, graphics, or other media ("Media Content"), you represent and warrant that:

You have legal authority to submit the content.

You possess necessary rights to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.

Submission does not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, school, league, or platform policies.

Company is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims arising from unauthorized submission.


B. Editorial Discretion

Highlight tape editing services are creative in nature. Company retains sole editorial discretion over:

Clip selection

Ordering

Length

Graphics

Transitions

Text overlays

Music selection

No guarantee is made regarding coach engagement, exposure, scholarship outcomes, or platform performance.

Deliverables are considered complete upon delivery.


C. Music & Platform Compliance

If music is used in edited videos:

You acknowledge possible copyright claims or platform restrictions.

Company does not guarantee freedom from copyright flags, demonetization, removal, or platform limitations.

Platform compliance responsibility rests with the account holder.


D. License Grant to Company

By purchasing highlight tape editing services, you grant Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use edited videos and related content for:

Social media platforms

Websites

Marketing materials

Paid advertisements

Promotional campaigns

Educational materials

This includes the athlete’s name, image, likeness, position, graduation year, and recruiting status.

No additional compensation is owed for such use.

Written removal requests may be submitted to [email protected]. Removal does not require deletion from archived or paid advertising materials.


E. No Obligation to Publish

Purchase of services does not guarantee social media posting or promotion.


6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Recruiting outcomes are influenced by variables outside Company control including athlete performance, academic eligibility, NCAA/NAIA rules, coach decisions, roster needs, injuries, and conduct.

Company makes no guarantees regarding:

College roster placement

Scholarship awards

Coach response

Recruiting visibility

NIL opportunities


7. Educational Disclaimer

All materials provided are for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, academic, or professional advice.

Consult qualified professionals before making eligibility decisions.


8. Intellectual Property

Company retains exclusive ownership of all proprietary content including but not limited to:

Videos

Systems

Templates

Guides

Branding

Logos

Digital products

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, or modification is prohibited.


9. Payments; Refunds; Chargebacks

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

All payments are final and non-refundable.

Services are delivered "as-is."

Unauthorized chargebacks constitute breach of contract.

Company may suspend services, pursue collections, or seek legal remedies for disputed payments.

Recurring billing continues until canceled in writing.


10. Communication Consent

By submitting contact information, you consent to receive:

SMS messages

Email communications

Program updates

Account notifications

You may opt out by replying STOP or using unsubscribe links. Message and data rates may apply.


11. Third-Party Platforms

Company utilizes third-party services including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Stripe, Zoom, and recruiting platforms.

Company is not responsible for outages, policy changes, downtime, or data loss caused by third parties.


12. Data Security; Privacy

Information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at FullRideU.com/privacy-policy.

Commercially reasonable safeguards are used; uninterrupted security cannot be guaranteed.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for:

Loss of scholarship opportunities

Recruiting outcomes

NCAA/NAIA eligibility decisions

Financial damages

Emotional distress

Lost profits

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from claims arising from:

Violation of these Terms

Unauthorized media submission

Account access authorization

Communications sent on your behalf


15. Termination

Company may terminate services if:

Terms are violated

Fraud or abuse is detected

Payment is disputed or revoked

All rights to materials cease upon termination.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Disputes shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Broward County, Florida.


17. Modifications

Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
